      As our jewellery is laser engraved we can personalise both sides of your piece – this is one of the benefits of laser engraving over hand stamping.

      Please always double check spelling as we copy directly from your order and engrave exactly as written.

      If you have selected upper case or lower case, please make sure your text is entered like this, as stated above this gets copied directly from your order.

      All necklace lengths do not include the pendant, it is the measurement of the chain alone.Price includes pendant/s and chain/bracelet.

      The Gold & Rose Gold pieces are ION plated that will never chip or peel.

      Stainless Steel is Hypo-allergenic, so it will never rust, tarnish or turn your skin green.

      Shipping Info

      As all our products are made to order, it takes time for us to make them. We try our hardest to get our orders processed and out within 10 business days. Please expect longer turn around times during peak times ie Christmas, Mother's Day, Father's Day and Valentine's Day.

      All orders are posted via free Express Postage with your tracking details emailed to you with your shipped notification.

      Express post is for the shipping method only.  If you need an item in a hurry please contact us to place a rush order.
